Reel Safe Zone (reelsafezone.com) is built as a 100% client-side web utility. When you select, drag, or drop a video file (MP4, MOV, WebM) or image file (PNG, JPG, WebP) into our checker, the file is read and processed strictly within your device's browser memory via local blob URLs.
Zero bytes of your media files are transmitted, uploaded, or saved to any external web server, cloud storage, or third-party API.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Because we do not require account registration or login, we do NOT collect:
- Personal identification data (names, email addresses, phone numbers).
- Account credentials, passwords, or social media logins.
- Uploaded video or image contents, metadata, EXIF location tags, or video duration data.
- Payment information or credit card numbers.
3. Local Browser Storage
We use your web browser's standard localStorage solely to remember your UI preference between page reloads:
- Theme Preference: Saves whether you selected Dark Mode or Light Mode (
theme: 'dark').
This data remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.
4. Third-Party Analytics & Hosting
Our static website is hosted on secure web infrastructure. Standard non-personally identifiable server logs (such as IP address, browser user-agent, referrer URL, and access timestamps) may be generated automatically by the hosting provider for security, DDoS protection, and performance analytics.
